Young Professionals

Young Professionals was founded in May 1997 by Heidi Domke who was inspired to develop a fun environment where young adults could interact, build new friendships, a stronger connection with God and serve their community. By August of 1997 a small group of a 11 young adults began meeting on a regular basis in Heidi's home. Today, Young Professionals has grown into an organization that attracts international attention and participation of young adults age 20 to 39+ from around the world.

While the organization is based in Canada and the United States, our community service projects and events have included:

--First Friday Food & Friends (Monthly)
A gathering of young adults for friendship & service. Worldwide locations.
--Food Outreach Project (Annual--November)

--Puppets and Craft Materials for children's orphanages

--Refridgerator for children's cancer ward

--Van for Community Service Projects
Donations used to provide transportation for young adults in community service projects to children's cancer wards and orphanages, as well as a maximum security prison.

The goal of our events and projects is to help foster a spirit of helping humanity and sharing what God has given us.

Young Professionals invites you to become a part of our adventures. Whether you're married or in the "not married yet" category, we are sure that you'll have fun! And who knows, like two of our young adult attendees...Daniel and Sharlene, you may find the love of your life! They are now married (with children) and still love YP events! And like many young adult guests, you also may find spiritual renewal and a more vibrant relationship with Christ.
